In our office, leadership responsibilities are earned. The people who go the extra mile or step up at the right times are further developed to maximize their leadership capabilities. We teach our employees lessons from leadership experts like John Maxwell, Ken Blanchard, Steven Covey and Dale Carnegie. Each year the Strategic Managers, Administrators and Senior Executives attend seminars to learn situational leadership as well as to become Franklin Covey certified. We value education and utilize it as a tool to help our staff continue to develop the required leadership skills to manage a large team and even larger client.
